What are Your Requirements to Rent?

1. Must make 3 times the monthly rent as NET Income
2. No previous evictions
3. No previous criminal history
4. Good rental history (if applicable)

Do You Run Credit and Background Checks?

• Yes, we do. We run soft credit checks and are approved on case-by-case basis so please apply!

Am I Able to Schedule a Showing?

• Each unit is not available to show until the listed availability date. With that being said, we pre-rent units, which means whoever pays a security deposit is who will get the unit (pending application approval). Most of our units don't make it to the showing process but feel free to give us a call and see if we do!

What Are Your Pet Fees and Restrictions?

• We only allow TWO (2) pets max.
• Our pet fee is $150 up front that is non-refundable plus an extra $25 per pet added onto the monthly rent.
• The current dog breed restrictions are as followed:

- Pit Bull

- American Bull Terrier

- American Staffordshire Terrier

- Staffordshire Bull Terrier

- Akita

- Alaskan Malamute

- Mastiffs

- Presa Canario

- Chow-Chow

- Doberman Pinscher

- Rottweiler

- Wolf Hybrids

What is the Deposit?

• Most of our units have a $750 security deposit. This deposit becomes non-refundable after 3 business days of being given. It will become refundable 60-90 days after you move out following a completed lease.

What is the Total Move-in Cost?

• Unfortunately, total move in cost is dependent on income verification and move in date. This is not something we are able to inform of ahead of time.

The Unit I Saw on Facebook Isn't Listed on the Site Yet, What Do I Do?

• The unit you saw on Facebook may not be listed due to a technical issue or we just haven't gotten to list it yet. If you can't seem to find the unit you are interested in, simply press apply now and select the "not sure- pick a property later" option at the top of the first page of the application. From there just message, text, or call us and let us know you put an application in and tell us the unit.

I Applied for One Unit and Changed My Mind to Another OR The Unit I Applied for Is Already Taken, What Do I Do Now?

• Your application will go for any of our available units. No need to reapply or apply multiple times!
